Project Overview

Vendor Management Dashboard is a comprehensive web-based platform designed to help vendors efficiently manage their end-to-end business operations from a single interface. The dashboard enables vendors to handle product and service listings, orders, inventory, digital vouchers, commissions, wallet payouts, customer support, and compliance workflows.

The system is built for scalability, supporting both physical and digital products, service-based offerings, complex commission structures, voucher redemption flows, and approval-based processes. The goal was to reduce operational friction for vendors while maintaining clarity, control, and transparency across all business activities.

Project Goals

  • Enable vendors to manage products, services, and categories with minimal effort.
  • Provide clear visibility into orders, commissions, earnings, and payouts.
  • Simplify inventory and digital voucher management, including redemption tracking.
  • Create a structured flow for bill review, approvals, and commission invoices.
  • Improve vendor confidence through transparent wallet management and status tracking.
  • Design a dashboard that remains usable and readable even with large datasets.
  • Ensure the interface supports business-critical actions with low error risk.
  • Design Approach

  • Designed specifically for vendors who manage daily operations, prioritizing clarity, efficiency, and task completion over visual noise.
  • Created reusable patterns for tables, forms, status tags, filters, and action states to maintain consistency across a large product ecosystem.
  • Focused on readability for dense information using clear typography, spacing, hierarchy, and color-coded statuses for quick scanning.
  • Primary actions (Add, Approve, Redeem, Withdraw, Export) are always easy to find, reducing cognitive load and navigation time.
  • Designed interfaces around real operational rules such as approval flows, commission percentages, redemption states, payout statuses, and validations.
  • Complex workflows (orders, vouchers, commissions, tickets) are broken into manageable views to avoid overwhelming users.
  • Maintained a consistent design language while allowing flexibility for different modules like Inventory, Wallet, Support Tickets, and Digital Vouchers.

    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

    Track product stock, manage variants, and update quantities in real time from a single view.

    View, accept, or reject service bookings while tracking customer details and booking status.
