UPOS – The Digital Mall is a platform designed to help local business owners and entrepreneurs start and grow their business by selling products and services digitally. The project involved redesigning the existing landing page to improve clarity, usability, trust, and conversion.
The old design had valuable information but suffered from poor visual hierarchy, content overload, and weak user flow. The goal of the redesign was to transform it into a modern, conversion-focused, and easy-to-understand experience that clearly communicates UPOS’s value proposition and encourages users to take action.
